Studio Blessing

We had a blessing ceremony today.  It is a Hawaiian tradition to have your business blessed.
We had Kahu Alalani bless the studio for us.

Adding Cherry Blossoms

Return client back for a second session on her arm.  Two more sessions in my opinion and we will be done.  This is a lot of work for the short time we have worked on this.  I like the direction we are headed toward, and I can see just how much we need to complete.

Polynesian Walleye

I am originally from Minnesota’s great north der, and I’ll tell ya bub nothin makes a duck slide down a snowy hill faster then a Walleye fish fry.  I loved Walleye fishing while I lived in Minnesota.  I was pretty stoked to make this tattoo.  It has been over 10 yers since I caught a walleye; I am going to have to plan a fishing trip just to catch some more.

My best friend Chris came to Maui to spend a week with us, he was here a few years ago for a visit.  I have known Chris since the mid 90’s.  For this trip, we are going to eat, surf, paddle, drink, and have lots of fun.

Banger Palm Tree

Fun little banger tattoo.  I like sharing these; they are just as important to the client as the back piece is to another client.  A tattooer should take pride and do a good clean job with tiny tattoos.
