Studio Blessing

We had a blessing ceremony today.  It is a Hawaiian tradition to have your business blessed.
We had Kahu Alalani bless the studio for us.

Adding Cherry Blossoms

Return client back for a second session on her arm.  Two more sessions in my opinion and we will be done.  This is a lot of work for the short time we have worked on this.  I like the direction we are headed toward, and I can see just how much we need to complete.

Polynesian Walleye

I am originally from Minnesota’s great north der, and I’ll tell ya bub nothin makes a duck slide down a snowy hill faster then a Walleye fish fry.  I loved Walleye fishing while I lived in Minnesota.  I was pretty stoked to make this tattoo.  It has been over 10 yers since I caught a walleye; I am going to have to plan a fishing trip just to catch some more.

Chris Is on Maui

My best friend Chris came to Maui to spend a week with us, he was here a few years ago for a visit.  I have known Chris since the mid 90’s.  For this trip, we are going to eat, surf, paddle, drink, and have lots of fun.

New Window Design

Athena and I finished the store windows today.  Our friend Kenny owns West Maui Signs and worked with us on the design ideas and then he installed the graphics for us.  It looks fantastic!  We got some help from Andy at Sign Solutions.  He printed our post card up on resistant travel board so we can take it to conventions when we want to.  Andy printed and installed the wrap on Athena’s Kia Soul for her business, Such Good Dogs.  I am really happy with the new look of our studio’s street view.
