New Cabinets

We put up two new cabinets above my tattoo station today.  I honestly don't think I like them, but I'll try to get used to them.  They take up space where I want to hang artwork.  I will bet any money on the planet that they will be gone in 6 months.
I like my spot, I like how I set it up, and I like my artwork hanging right above my work station.  I have a pretty sweet setup and I really don't need any more storage.  However I will work with these for a while and see how I like them.

Polynesian Tribal

A simple beginning of a larger piece.  The client will return in a few months to complete the forearm.

Regular Client

I have this client who comes back every month or more.  He always has a crazy idea.  This is a language that I don't know, and I have no idea what it says.

Polynesian (tribal) Whale Tattoo

I started a large project today.  My client comes back every year and wanted to work from his back to his wrist with Polynesian tribal black work.  He committed to the length of the project.  Here is the 1st session.

In Uniform

Athena came in today to help and we really need it.  The studio has been crazy busy lately and Athena has a way of just keeping everything smooth and fun.  I love it when she works with me.  Today she is in the proper uniform, Star Wars attire.

I love this woman.

Palm Tree Cover-up Tattoo

I will start by saying I did not used to like working on a coverup tattoo.  It is always a challenge, a mess to fix, and the client always has an idea that they are incapable of letting go of, regardless of it being a good or bad idea for a cover-up.  I like the challenge these days, and I find myself working on a lot of old tattoos.  This was fun, it took a couple hours but it was worth it.

Koi Tattoo

I started the full sleeve of a Koi and Hawaii floral theme today.  I have more work to do on this, then to add the rest of the work.
